Scholarships

Australian Government scholarships

The Australian Government offers a large number of scholarships to students from a range of countries through programs such as the Australian Development Scholarship program, the Australian Leadership Awards, and the various Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply. Some Scholarships are available: contact NAS to discuss.

Financial assistance

Youth and student allowances

For details on Australian Government financial support through Youth Allowance, Austudy and ABSTUDY, visit the Department of Human Services website.

Sponsored international students

Sponsored international students are those who receive financial support for their study and/or other agreed educational expenses from sources other than their own funds. To be recognised by an institution as a sponsored student, you must be funded under an agreement with a sponsoring authority recognised by the institution.
