The next stage begins for Year 12 students

31 Oct 2018

AS Year 12 students near the end of their HSC exams, they can turn their minds to the next stage in their journey – tertiary study.

If they haven’t already, now is the time to apply for university through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC).

UAC encourages all Year 12 students to apply, even if they’ve already applied directly to institutions, are worried their ATAR won’t be high enough, or are planning to take a gap year. Even those students not getting an ATAR can apply for one of the many pathway courses offered by UAC’s participating institutions. There are many options available.

There’s still time to turn your dreams of tertiary study into reality – applications for semester 1, 2019 through UAC's website are open until Friday 8 February 2019.

Got a question about applying? Check our website, the My UAC app or the UAC Guide 2018–19.
