More university offers next week

THE Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) will release further offers in February Round 1 on Thursday 3 February. Applicants will receive their offers via email or can check if they have an offer on UAC’s website from 7.30am.

Preferences for this offer round can be changed until midnight on Saturday 29 January.

UAC General Manager of Marketing and Engagement, Kim Paino, said, ‘even though we’ve already made over 75,000 offers in total, there are still places available and I’m sure lots of our applicants will be keen to see what they’re offered next week.’

For those still thinking about uni study in 2022, applications are still open but closing soon – at midnight next Friday 4 February.

Kim Paino encourages applicants to consider all the options available to them. ‘While there are still places available at university, for those who don’t yet meet those entry requirements there are other options for tertiary study in 2022, be it in a university pathway program, or at TAFE or a private college. Starting in one of those courses is a great option and could lead to a Bachelor degree down the track.’
