Charles Sturt University life

Charles Sturt University is Australia’s largest regional university, and has campuses in some of the country’s best regional centres – combining urban convenience with access to incredible wilderness, and a lower cost of living. Study by the beach, among the gum trees or in the heart of the city.

Charles Sturt University's disability service provides advice, support and study adjustments so students with a disability can successfully complete their studies.

The CSU Global program allows Charles Sturt University students to spend one or two semesters in another country – while gaining credit for the subjects they study. It is a unique opportunity to combine study and travel.

Charles Sturt University has the largest range of on-campus accommodation and the most rooms of any university in Australia. We have almost 3000 student rooms available across Charles Sturt University’s campuses in Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange and Wagga Wagga, which means that almost all first-year students who want a room are guaranteed one. We also offer various Flexi Food options for meals at outlets on campus. We recommend that you apply for accommodation as soon as you accept your offer of a place in a course.
