The Graduate Diploma of Education allows current teachers, education practitioners and professionals to enhance their skills, research capabilities and expertise in specific areas of educational theory and practice.
Employing a person-centred approach, this course develops skills to address diverse learning needs. Informed by evidence-based research and pedagogy, and neurodivergent community consultations, it equips you to assist autistic and neurodiverse individuals, as well as those with mental health challenges.
Applicants without formal qualifications at AQF7 (Bachelor degree) or above may be considered for entry on the basis of a combination of formal (below AQF7) or non-formal qualifications and three years of relevant professional experience includes those who are currently working in education-related fields and teachers holding alternative qualifications. Applications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
