The Master of Divinity is a foundational three-year AQF9 level degree from the University of Notre Dame Australia open to students at the Catholic Institute of Sydney. It is designed to provide students with advanced knowledge in philosophy, Sacred Scripture, Catholic theology, and associated disciplines. The Master of Divinity develops in graduates advanced knowledge and skills across a range of theological and related disciplines and deeper knowledge and skills in at least one discipline. It develops communication skills, both oral and written, and advanced research skills. The Master of Divinity can also serve as a pathway to further study and/or as a framework for professional ministry training.
To be eligible for admission, all applicants need to satisfy minimum requirements outlined at admission requirements. These include those relating to age and English Language Proficiency.
