About

Explore health leadership and management and investigate relevant real-world problems, both online and face-to-face. This course is for students with an undergraduate degree in health and/or graduates working in leadership positions in the health sector. Students' skills and abilities are enhanced through self-reflection, communication exercises, group work and intensive content.

The Graduate Certificate in Health Leadership Management provides tangible benefits – practical experience and theoretical knowledge of leadership, resource management, HR issues and managing strategy and change. This course is offered part-time for students employed in health.

Admission criteria

  • Undergraduate degree in a health discipline and/or undergraduate degree and currently working in the health sector.
  • At least one year of work experience in the health sector.
  • Applicants must meet the non-standard English language proficiency requirements for this course.

All applicants must also:

  • complete the employment question in their UAC application outlining their current and previous experience
  • submit a CV with two referee contacts
  • submit a Statement of Service.
