About

In this double degree, you will be able to combine:

Master of Intelligence: This course will equip you with a practical skill set, enabling you to analyse real-world intelligence challenges. You'll also develop a deep understanding of the evolution of Australia's intelligence community, as well as the emerging domestic, regional and international challenges that surround intelligence.

Master of International Trade and Commerce Law: In this course, you'll extend your knowledge of the legal, governance and policy issues relevant to international and domestic trade and commerce so that you develop a broad and well-rounded understanding of the area, as well as skills to advance your career.

Admission criteria

One of the following:

  • an AQF level 8 bachelor honours or graduate diploma qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent; or
  • meet two of these three criteria:
    - AQF level 7 bachelor qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent
    - minimum two years of relevant approved work experience at senior management level, professional certification or other recognised prior learning
    - AQF level 7 bachelor qualification or recognised equivalent with a Weighted Average Mark of 65

and

In Intelligence: Police Force, Defence Force, Public Service, Law, Policy advising, defence and security related industry and business, media, international policy think tanks.

In International Trade and Comerce Law: Experience in a legal position (working in a law firm or in government drafting policies, law clerk, judge, judges associate, drafting policies, supporting legal work).
