Forgotten your UAC PIN?

Already applied? Use Check & Change to get your PIN emailed to you.

You can also:
- visit UAC in person to have your PIN re-issued. You'll need photo ID to do this
- call UAC between 8.30am and 4.30pm on (02) 9752 0200. Your details will be checked against our database and your PIN will be given over the phone. If your details don't match, you'll need to write to UAC to ask for a re-issue.
