Applying to ACPE

You can only submit one application to study at ACPE and you can choose to be considered for up to two (2) course preferences. If you change your mind about the courses you are applying for, you can log back in to your application and change your preferences.

To complete an application you've already started, log in to your application and pick up where you left off. You'll need the email address and password you used when you started your application.

Who can apply?

You can apply to ACPE if you are an Australian citizen, a New Zealand citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, a permanent resident visa holder (humanitarian), or a student, temporary resident or visit visa holder.

When to apply

Check the Application dates for opening and closing details.

You can apply seven days a week except between 2am and 5am (Sydney time).

How to apply

Here’s what you will need to complete your application:

  • your personal details (name, address, email address, telephone number). Make sure the name you enter on your application matches the name on your official ID (birth certificate, citizenship documents, passport). You'll need your ID when you enrol and there may be problems if the name on your ID doesn't match your offer letter. Also ensure your email address is correct and don't use a shared email address. After you apply you'll need to check your email regularly for updates on your application.
  • details of your secondary studies post-secondary and tertiary studies (including institution name, name of qualification, year completed and any student numbers).
  • details of your English language proficiency.

If you have technical difficulties when you apply, read the technical help page.

Selecting your course preferences

You can choose up to two (2) course preferences.

ACPE uses a preference-based offer system. This means that we will make you an offer to the first course in your list of preferences for which you're eligible and competitive enough. Therefore, if you’re listing more than one course you must list your courses in the order in which you’d like to receive an offer.

If you are made an offer and want to be considered for a course lower in your preferences, you simply need to log in to your application and reorder your preferences.

Declaration

All applicants must agree to the Declaration and authority. Read this carefully before accepting.

You may also wish to read our privacy policy and UAC's privacy policy.

After you apply

You may need to provide documents or undertake additional course requirements. Check the details on the document cover sheets you receive after you apply. If you do not receive a document cover sheet you do not need to submit any documents.
