The Bachelor of Culinary Management develops your skills and knowledge so you can run your own restaurant or food and beverage establishment. Delivered full-time over three years, you will learn strategies and techniques which enable you to maintain high standards of food and beverage, hygiene and safety. You will develop your ability to manage day-to-day activities of the restaurant as well as strategic planning, marketing and development of the business.

Industry Placement Program
All students enrolled in an associate degree or above undertake an 800-hour paid industry placement program which involves working in a hospitality, tourism, restaurant or event organisation in Australia or overseas.
Students graduate with hands-on experience and valuable industry connections. Many also graduate with an offer to continue working within the company in which they completed their placement. William Blue has strong partnerships with some of the industry’s leading hotels, restaurants, and event and tourism agencies.
Throughout the year students will gain valuable work experience at events such as Fashion Week, Vivid, Le Montage and Taste of Sydney Festival.
