The Diploma of Science Fast Track provides students with access to the university experience within a supported context. Students are provided with a range of experiences and opportunities to engage with key disciplinary areas including biology, chemistry and earth sciences, with dedicated support tutorials to support their success.
The diploma provides pathways for entry into the second year of a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wollongong (UOW), with specified credit of up to 48 credit points for subjects in the compulsory core components of this degree.

Selection rank: The guaranteed selection rank for entry to the Diploma of Science is 60.00. If this ATAR entry requirement is not met, a course eligibility assessment will be conducted based on HSC subject results.
If you have completed an AQF Certificate IV, AQF Diploma or AQF Advanced Diploma you will be considered for admission to this course. Your grades will be converted to a selection rank in order for us to assess whether you meet the minimum selection rank.
