For those interested to pursue a career as a medical doctor, a new Assured Biomedicine Pathway into the Doctor of Medicine program is available. If this pathway is pursued, entry requirements into the Bachelor of Advanced Biomedical Science (Honours) degree and the requirements for entry into the Doctor of Medicine from this pathway must be met.

Upon graduation, eligible students can directly transition into Notre Dame’s Doctor of Medicine postgraduate degree. This pathway may also enhance opportunities for research, leadership, and specialization within the medical field.
Offers for this course will be for CSP (Commonwealth Support Places).
When progressing to the Doctor of Medicine, the fee type can be either: CSP, BMP (Bonded Medical Places) or Fee paying.
If you are only willing to be considered for a CSP or BMP place in the Doctor of Medicine, then you need only apply for this version of the course.
If you are willing to be considered for a Fee paying place in the Doctor of Medicine degree, you may also apply for the CBF version of this course.
Please note that transfer between fee types is not permitted once offers are made, so consider the types carefully when applying.
