A Diploma of Business (Entrepreneurship) teaches you the entrepreneurial knowledge and skills needed to develop and launch innovative business concepts. You’ll learn in simulated entrepreneurial environments and receive valuable guidance from industry mentors for a hands-on learning experience.
The program integrates theoretical frameworks with practical applications, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of business development and management. You will graduate equipped with intellectual curiosity and independent thinking skills alongside technical skills and knowledge. This course comprises seven core subjects and one elective, and serves as a standalone qualification as well as a pathway to the Bachelor of Business suite.
Business communications, customer experience management, ethics and sustainability, entrepreneurial financing, introduction to entrepreneurship, marketing for entrepreneurs, marketing fundamentals, sales and negotiation strategies, understanding people and organisations, venture ideation.

An important element of this course is the placement of the students with an endorsed host organisation(s). Work placements provide a valuable resource for you to develop hands-on practical experience to ensure you graduate confident and job-ready. A key task will be the completion of a reflective journal covering the experience and the identification and analysis of key learning outcomes.
