About

In this double degree, you will be able to combine:

Master of International Relations: The Master of International Relations, which is built around innovative approaches and thinking, this course will empower you to comprehend and evaluate contemporary regional and global developments, and will equip you for an international career in diplomacy, journalism, the NGO sector, international business or academia.

Master of International Trade and Commerce Law: In this course, you'll extend your knowledge of the legal, governance and policy issues relevant to international and domestic trade and commerce so that you develop a broad and well-rounded understanding of the area, as well as skills to advance your career.

Admission criteria

One of the following:

  • an AQF level 8 bachelor honours or graduate diploma qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent; or
  • meet two of these three criteria:
    - AQF level 7 bachelor qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent
    - relevant approved work experience, professional certification or other recognised prior learning
    - AQF level 7 bachelor qualification or recognised equivalent with a Weighted Average Mark of 65

and

In international trade and commerce Law: Experience in a legal position (working in a law firm or in government drafting policies, law clerk, judge, judges associate, drafting policies or supporting legal work).
