If you’re applying for undergraduate study in semester 1, 2019, the early bird deadline is fast approaching – midnight Friday 28 September.

Submit your application before this date and you’ll avoid the higher application processing charge.

If you’re a Year 12 student, by getting in early you’ll be free to focus on your exams – a great strategy for your HSC results, ATAR and course preference options.

After you submit your application you can change your preferences as many times as you like, so there’s no need to delay.

Many courses, including popular medical and music courses, have early closing dates so check the course descriptions on UAC’s course search so you don’t miss out.

Remember, applications for Schools Recommendation Schemes, an opportunity for you to receive an early offer to uni, also close midnight Friday 28 September.

The UAC website has more information on applicant processing charges and key dates, and for important admission information delivered straight to your inbox, register for our Directions newsletter.

If you miss the early bird round, don’t worry – applications for all courses starting in semester 1, 2019 close midnight Friday 8 February 2019.
