Applicants with an ATAR below the published lowest selection rank can be considered for entry on performance in three selected HSC subject results or equivalent.

SELECTION RANK ADJUSTMENTS

Selection rank adjustments may allow 2019 Year 12 applicants to receive an offer to a program even though they have an ATAR below the published lowest selection rank in recognition of strong academic performance, and/or difficult circumstances during their secondary school studies.

Where eligible, adjustment factors are awarded and combined with an applicant’s ATAR to achieve a selection rank for entry into a bachelor degree. Eligible applicants may be awarded up to a maximum of 10 points in total.

EQUITY ADJUSTMENTS

Macleay College has an Educational Access Scheme (EAS) for applicants whose educational performance has been affected by long-term educational disadvantage due to circumstances beyond their control or choosing. Macleay College EAS applications are processed centrally through UAC.
