Griffith University English language proficiency requirements

Griffith University recognises a number of English language tests as proof of English language proficiency. These are set out in the following tables, together with the minimum results required.

*All English Language Proficiency test results must be no more than two years old, ie. not taken before 1 October 2017 for October 2019 entry, 1 February 2018 for February 2020 entry, or 1 July 2018 for July 2020 entry.

From a country, other than those specified above: Completion of at least two years full-time equivalent study in an associate degree, degree or equivalent study where the language of instruction and assessment for the entire two years was in English. Applicants must provide a letter from the Principal or Registrar of the institution at which he or she studied confirming successful full-time study was conducted in English as part of the University’s process for assessing and verifying the applicant meets the English language requirement.

Senior secondary study
