UAC has experienced significant double-digit growth and expansion of market share and capability. We’re looking for a Systems Administrator to contribute to UAC’s success.

About the role

UAC is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join the Systems Unit of our Information Technology department.

As a Systems Administrator, you are responsible for network configuration and administration, ensuring the optimal performance of our operating systems. You will provide support for a range of the Systems Unit's activities and projects, including high-level support for our Linux systems and VMware data centre activities.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • strong Linux and SQL experience
  • excellent critical and analytical problem-solving skills in a systems support environment
  • demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with users on technical issues.

Remuneration: The annual salary range is $115,253 to $145,490 pa (includes base salary plus 17% employer superannuation contribution and annual leave loading).
