The Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) builds admission systems and provide bespoke services for universities across NSW and ACT. We are the largest tertiary admissions centre in Australia, and we are recognised as the leader in technology platforms within our industry.

We have exciting national-scale projects underway, building brand-new systems that solve complex problems and drive efficiency improvements for our clients and the sector.

UAC has experienced significant double-digit growth and expansion of market share and capability. We’re looking for a Project Manager to contribute to UAC’s success.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordination of multidisciplinary project teams and work in partnership with business and technical stakeholders to deliver projects of varying size and complexity. You’ll play a key role in the delivery of projects and the development of standard methodologies and processes for UAC.

To succeed in the role, you will have:

  • tertiary level qualifications or the equivalent
  • extensive experience in managing all phases of the project lifecycle as well as the ability to conduct project health checks
  • success in delivering or significantly contributing to the delivery of complex IT solutions/projects that service multi-stakeholder environments
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build productive working relationships with colleagues and a diverse range of stakeholders
  • excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills and attention to detail.
