Online applicant services FAQs

To use Online applicant services you will need your UAC application number and UAC PIN.

  • What is Online applicant services?

    After you have applied through UAC, you can use Online applicant services to:

    • view/print your Confirmation of application
    • print your Document cover sheet
    • print a disability questionnaire
    • view and download correspondence from UAC
    • check/change your address, email address and telephone number
    • add, change or delete you agent
    • check/change your course preferences
    • check/change or add additional study and qualifications
    • check if you have received an offer
    • change your UAC PIN
    • print your fee owing letter/tax invoice.

  • What is my UAC application number and UAC Personal Identification Number (PIN)?

  • How do I view correspondence from UAC?

    Make sure you access Online applicant services regularly to check for new correspondence.

    You must provide an email address when you apply as UAC will send you email messages from time to time to let you know you have correspondence. When you receive an alert email from UAC, access Online applicant services to view and download the correspondence, and take appropriate action.

    Some email accounts (eg hotmail) could place emails from UAC into a junk folder. Most email accounts allow you to add names or domains to a safe list. Make sure that you add the domain uac.edu.au to your list of safe email contacts. It is your responsibility to check your emails regularly (including your junk emails) for any messages from UAC.

    Remember to read your correspondence carefully and act on any requests.

  • How do I change my contact details?

    You can change your contact details by:

    UAC needs your correct contact details so that you can receive important information from UAC and participating institutions.

    For example, if there is any delay in an offer reaching you because you supplied an incorrect address and you don't accept the offer by the deadline, your offer may lapse and you will lose your place.

    • you cannot change your contact details by telephone, fax or email and
    • don't include changes to your contact details with other correspondence i.e. required documentation

  • How do I change my course preferences?

    You can add, delete, or change the order of your preferences using Online applicant services. You will need your UAC application number and UAC PIN to login.

    Read the Changing preferences FAQs for more information.

    You can't change your preferences by telephone, letter, fax or email.

  • How do I add study I did not include in my application?

    You can tell us about additional study and qualifications using Online applicant services. You will need your UAC application number and UAC PIN to login.

    Select "Add/modify study/qualifications".

  • I am currently studying but did not include this in my application - what should I do?

    You need to tell us about it using Online applicant services. You will need your UAC application number and UAC PIN to login.

    Select "Add/modify study/qualifications".
