- What is my UAC application number and UAC Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
- How do I upload my documents using Check & Change?
For some courses at some institutions you may need to upload a personal statement, CV, questionnaire, portfolio or other course-specific institution document.
To do this, log in to Check & Change and select Upload. Check the list of documents you need to upload as PDF files, and follow the prompts to upload them.
All documents to be uploaded must include your full name, UAC application number, course code and document type.
- How do I view correspondence from UAC?
Access Check & Change regularly to check for new correspondence.
You must provide an email address when you apply as UAC will send you email messages when you receive correspondence about your application. When you receive an alert email from UAC, go to Check & Change to view and download the correspondence, and take appropriate action.
Some email accounts could place emails from UAC into a junk folder. Most email accounts allow users to add names or domains to a safe list. Make sure that you add the domain uac.edu.au to your list of safe email contacts.
It is your responsibility to check your emails regularly, including your junk emails, for any messages from UAC.
Remember to read your correspondence carefully and act on any requests.
- How do I change my contact details?
UAC needs your correct contact details so that you can receive important information from UAC and participating institutions.
For example, if there's any delay in an offer reaching you because you supplied an incorrect address and you don't accept the offer by the deadline, your offer may lapse and you'll lose your place.
You can change your contact details by:
- using Check & Change or
- supplying new contact details in writing to UAC.
