Undergraduate

Apply for study in 2012

There’s still time to apply for undergraduate study in 2012. Use the course search to research your options and then apply online. Late application fees vary, depending on when you apply.

Application tips

You’ll be asked to tell us about your employment experience when you apply. Not all unis will consider your employment experience, and generally if you are a Year 12 student your employment history won’t be taken into account. Read our Alternative Entry webpage for more information.

October Round offers

Some unis will be making offers at 9am on Thursday 27 October, mainly to special admissions programs and for distance education courses. Year 12 applicants won't receive offers in this round. Remember that most offers are made in the Main Round on 18 January 2012.

You can change your preferences for the October Round until midnight on Tuesday 25 October.

2011 ATARs

ATARs for NSW HSC students will be available from 9am on Thursday 15 December on UAC's website. You'll need your UAC application number or HSC student number and your UAC PIN.

Educational Access Schemes (EAS)

EAS could help you with admission to uni if you’ve experienced long-term educational disadvantage. Apply and submit all your supporting documents by Wednesday 30 November to ensure your application is considered for the Main Round of offers.

Equity Scholarships

Equity Scholarships help with the cost of going to or staying at uni and you have until Wednesday 30 November to apply. Visit the Equity Scholarships website to find out if you are eligible and to apply.

Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT)

If you don’t have formal qualifications, STAT can improve your chances of entry to a tertiary course. Register early for your preferred test date because spaces are limited.
