If you've lost or forgotten your UAC PIN you can use Check & Change to have it sent to you by email – access Check & Change and enter your UAC application number.

- Read the Check & Change FAQs and uploading your documents FAQs.
- You will need your UAC application number and UAC PIN.
- Check & Change is available between 7.30am and midnight (Sydney local time).
