UAC’s role is constantly evolving as it takes on new business opportunities and realigns itself strategically to meet demands from its stakeholder institutions. As a result of ongoing growth and our plans to expand strategically into new business areas, we are seeking an experienced manager to run our UAC Connect Unit. This Unit provides innovative products and services to meet the expectations and specific requirements of individual institutions and other clients. The Unit is involved in the ongoing development and expansion of existing services and the identification and development of new business opportunities for new clients.
Reporting to the General Manager, Operations you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the UAC Connect Unit, including the development and implementation of new bespoke products and services that contribute to the ongoing financial viability of UAC.
You will play a key role in maintaining and building new and existing client relationships. You will manage and provide effective leadership to the team, ensuring all targets and deadlines are met across all UAC Connect services.
To succeed in the role you will have postgraduate-level qualifications or the equivalent. You will have extensive knowledge of tertiary admissions processes, and experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You will have proven ability to think strategically and creatively and to adopt a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to solving problems and the ability to translate strategic and business plan initiatives into practical solutions.

The salary range for this position at Grade 9 $143,807.46 – $151,732.80 pa (includes base salary plus 17% employer superannuation contribution and annual leave loading).
