Your Confirmation of application

After you have completed your International Apply-By-Web application, you will be provided with a Confirmation of application to print or download. Check this carefully to make sure everything in your application is correct. If you need to change anything, you can use Online applicant services or notify UAC immediately in writing.

Your UAC Confirmation of application is different from the eConfirmation of Enrolment which you may receive later from the institution at which you are enrolling. For more information, read Acceptance, orientation, enrolment and deferment.

Providing documents

When you use International Apply-By-Web, you will be notified whether you need to provide documents to support your application. If you do need to provide documents, you will be prompted to print a document cover sheet with your Confirmation of application. Print the document cover sheet, attach it to your documents and send these to UAC.

Check Documentation for more information.

Viewing your correspondence from UAC

UAC will send you and your agent email messages from time to time to alert you to the presence of important correspondence from UAC. When you receive an alert email from UAC International, it is important that you (or your agent) access Online applicant services to view and download the correspondence, and take appropriate action.

We put our correspondence to you on the web, and use email to alert you in this way, because of the time-critical nature of the process and the inevitable delays that would ensue if we had to resort to postal delivery. Make sure you access Online applicant services regularly to check for new correspondence.

Remember that some courses, particularly those with additional selection criteria, have early closing dates. This means that you must list the course by the course closing date.

If your application is agent-assisted (read 'Authorising someone to contact UAC' under Applying) you will need to enter an agent for each new institution you choose.
