Apply-By-Web checklistMake sure you have everything you need before you apply:
I have my full contact details - this includes postal addresses, phone and email address.
I have checked that I can use Apply-By-Web on my computer. Read browser requirements.
I have details of previous student numbers and qualifications I have undertaken. These may include Year 12, tertiary and other studies.
I have checked the course search and the courses that I want are available.
I have checked the course search for any additional requirements that I may need to complete.
I have set up my printer to print important documents (eg Confirmation of application, payment receipt).
I have decided which payment method to use and have details of my credit card or accounts ready. Read "fees and charges" under Applying.
I understand that the processing charge is not refundable under any circumstances
How Apply-By-Web works
You need to answer a number of questions about yourself, your education and the courses you want to choose.
Answer the questions in order and click the "next" button when you have finished.
You can't jump forward but you can go back using the edit buttons to amend your application.
You can quit at anytime and start your application again where you left it - you will need your UAC application number and UAC PIN to do this.
When you have completed all the questions you will get an application summary. You need to read this carefully and make any changes using the "edit" buttons before you submit.
Keep a record of your UAC application number. You will need this and your UAC PIN to use Online applicant services and when you contact UAC.
After you apply
make changes to
your application
details and view e-correspondence. For all other changes write to UAC with full details - include your name and UAC application number.

To use Apply-By-Web you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader. This software is necessary to print the receipt and Confirmation of application documents correctly. |
